The Board met last night to discuss concerns that Bob B. Lot 41 was doing unauthorized digging at Park B. Park B is the property of the Association. President Andy P. Lot 60 told Bob to cease, which he did. The Board is discussing options on dealing with this matter.

The Board addressed correspondence from John C. Lot 59 who expressed his concerns about the procedure for adopting the new ByLaws and Restrictions. President Andy P. Lot 60 is sending a response via certified snail mail. Currently, email is not a recognized from of communication by our ByLaws.

There were not enough yes votes to remove the trees at Park B. This may be revisited next year. It was pointed out that the tree removal would allow a better view of Big Sugarloaf Lake. Board is seeking options for increased resident use of Park B, a valuable SIAI asset.

Board members added minor clarifications to Section XI of the new ByLaws and Restrictions then Board members who were present signed the petition.

The Board is asking all SIAI members to sign the petition at their earliest convenience. President Andy P. Lot 60 has the petition at his residence on Higley East. He will also be happy to come to your house directly.
